  • provide guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters
  • review project plans and proposals to identify potential issues or improvements
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
  • proficiency in engineering software , AutoCAD and Tekla Tedds
  • excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects
