- darcy Clothing is a unique specialist online retailer of historic menswear based in central Lewes
- demand from the film industry has increased greatly, so we wish to recruit a dedicated Assistant to support the General Manager
- this role may offer long term career development opportunities
- aiding the General Manager and director with various administrative tasks
- answering calls and emails with customers and suppliers where necessary and directing to relevant person
- raising and emailing purchase orders to suppliers, keeping accurate records
- the business provides high quality clothing for costume professionals worldwide in film, stage and TV as well as the general public. We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver quickly and accurately
- generate reports from the relevant software for the general manager
Requirements
- ability to adapt to different tasks and prioritise
- excellent communication skills
- A knowledge of Shopify and/or other web based stock management system and accounting systems such as Xero are an advantage
- administration experience
- strong organisational skills
