  • telephone recovery of clients' funds, negotiating repayment terms or settlement options
  • providing Pre-Litigation advice to clients on the recommended approach
  • updating clients with the progress of the case and providing status reports
  • working with our bespoke CRM system to update all case information, payments, disputes, handling of calls and emails
