Responsibility

  • keep the grounds clean, hygienic, safe and rubbish free
  • prepare risk assessments for grounds and estate
  • overseeing the regular testing of alarms on site
  • responsible for key administrative tasks such as: COSHH files, machinery servicing, risk assessments
