Responsibility
- perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman duties
- install and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- respond to emergency repair requests
- complete routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- we are looking for Jan 2023 starter, hours and salary are negotiable and contacting is also possible
- dan the Handyman is seeking a skilled and reliable part-time Handyman to join our team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract to perm basis
- maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- as a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties in the local area
Requirements
- proven experience as a handyman, with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail
- ability to work independently, manage your own workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- must have your own tools and a valid driving license
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- must be punctual and reliable
- good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- must have a good understanding of health and safety procedures
