Responsibility
- ensuring rest of team’s projects are kept on track and provide support with queries and escalations
- allocating projects to team in accordance with work capacity and capabilities
- provide progress reports to the Project Manager to report to senior management
- procuring and stock managing goods from a supply base for each project
- provisioning services from suppliers and keeping customers communicated until completion
- planning and scheduling engineer resource to fulfill all project installations within prompt timings
- coordinate project management for full project lifecycle from sales handover, co-operating with relevant technical departments, scheduling installations, providing engineers with correct kit and paperwork for each job and closing projects
- ensuring critical paths for all projects are followed through with regular stakeholder communication
Requirements
- previous experience of supervising and supporting team members would be advantageous, although not essential
- previous experience of the telecoms, network or IT industry would be advantageous, although not essential
- computer literate, numerate, attention to detail, logical and methodical approach to work
- experience in managing multiple solutions based projects with commercial understanding on the impacts on the decision making of each stage of the project
- project Management: 2 years
- ability to listen and understand information. Presents information in a clear and concise manner. Knows appropriate way of communicating with customers, peers and line managers and external stakeholders
