Requirements
- proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- in-depth knowledge of dementia care practices and senior care regulations
- strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing care plans
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff
- compassionate approach towards elderly individuals, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions
- ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism
