Responsibility
- DSS team leaders work under the directive of the DSS site security manager but are able to manage and lead their own team of officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality security officer to our client
- working a 16 day shift pattern of four on/four off and 12hr shifts, the security team leader will be responsible for all aspects of the physical and technical security operation and supervision of security officers whilst on duty
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, IT and technical skills are required to communicate via multiple platforms and operate other client technical systems
- an SIA DS license is essential and a L4 Certificate in Security Management will be required - the successful candidate will already hold this qualification or be willing to commit to home study to gain this qualification within the first year in post
