Requirements

  • have experience with completing care plans, risk assessments, SPOT checks, competency checks and care reviews
  • must have Full UK Driving license and access to the car
  • experience in leading and supporting a team to provide quality care services
  • have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in different and at times, difficult situations
  • be proffessional and empatetic
  • have a NVQ level 2 or 3 in Healthcare
  • care: 1 year
