Responsibility
- ensure all the children’s physical, emotional and developmental needs are met
- identify and accurately record children’s developmental progress
- maintain safe and clean surroundings at all times and follow health and safety and fire procedures
- carry out effective activity planning in line with nursery policies in order to provide the children with stimulating activities appropriate to their age and individual ability
Requirements
- minimum CCPLD L2 qualification
- 1 year experience in an early years setting
- flexible and reliable with a “can do, will do” approach to your work – cheerful and enthusiastic
- good organisational skills
- able to do your job to a high standard with little supervision or intervention from management
- friendly and welcoming approach to parents, colleagues and children
