Responsibility

  • you will work closely with the wider management team in the business and directly with clients
  • this role would suit an Estimator, Senior Estimator, Bid Manager, M&E Estimator, Estimating Manager, Junior Estimator, Intermediate Estimator, or Contract Manager
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, bidding, this is not purely a numbers role as they need someone who can grow with the business up to a Senior level
  • job Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • ideally educated with relevant Qualifications
  • worked on M&E or HVAC or FM bids and tenders
  • HNC/HND level education would be desirable
  • previous experience gained within M&E, Construction, Facilities Management or Building services
  • experienced in small works as well
  • understanding and exposure to reporting electronically would be desirable
  • able to drive
  • estimating or Bidding or Project costing: 1 year
