Responsibility

  • build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible service
  • conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
  • conduct property viewings for clients and accompany them to the viewings to provide guidance and answer any questions
  • manage all the necessary paperwork and documentation required for buying, selling, or renting a property
  • identify potential properties that meet clients’ criteria by conducting searches on online listing platforms, contacting owners or landlords, and leveraging your network of contacts in the industry
  • negotiate deals on behalf of your clients, ensuring that they get the best possible terms and conditions for their purchase or sale
  • provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, from the initial property search to the final paperwork

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role
  • strong understanding of the real estate market and industry regulations
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive industry
  • valid driving license
