Responsibility
- this is a term time position
- you will be setting up counters, serving students, clearing/washing up and general kitchen cleaning duties
- you will also be responsible for all kitchen records, stock control and the supervision of up to 2 team members
- we are the catering team at d'Overbroeck's school and we are looking for a great all rounder to supervise the service at our satellite site at The International School in Summertown
- in addition you should have good craft/knife skills and experience of working in a similar environment as some basic food prep is required
- monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- ensure that food preparation and storage areas are clean and organized
