- managing tenancy start-ups including all administration and liaison with third parties
- supporting our work in expanding our commercial portfolio by identifying suitable opportunities
- keeping the Property Management software populated and up to date
- keeping up to date knowledge of rates reliefs available and advise accordingly
- managing our existing clients, including providing a first point of contact, and representing our business in a professional and efficient manner at all times
- communicating clearly and efficiently with all the team
- working closely with the MD, effectively deal with inquiries or issues, resolving or advising tenants, and liaising with third parties where required
