Responsibility
- assist the Head of Technical Services in every aspect of the operation as requested
- report and escalate any serious or urgent health and safety related issues to the Head of Technical Services
- to assist with any business-critical emergencies/callouts as required
- manage and support the team, providing direction and clarity, with particular regards to health and safety
- complete health and safety compliance remedial actions and follow through
- assist the Head of Technical Services with the preparation of planned preventive maintenance
- the Role: Maintenance Manager
- coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures regarding guest contact
Requirements
- relevant vocational qualification or equivalent i.e. Mechanical or Electrical
- NEBOSH/CIEH Health & Safety Qualification or equivalent
- experience leading and managing a team
- significant experience in a multi skilled engineering role
- exceptional level of attention to detail
- exceptional customer service skills
- significant Health & Safety experience including the implementation and managing of Health & Safety standards
- strong commercial and financial awareness
