warehouse operative

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • order picking
  • packing of parcels
  • printing despatch labels
  • bagging up parcels on a daily basis
  • receiving deliveries into the warehouse and updating stock on the database
  • making sure that stock is coded and put away correctly
  • checking to make sure that all orders have been shipped off on the system
  • ensuring that the stock database is kept up-to-date and accurate

Requirements

  • warehouse experience preferable, but not essential as long as you have the right attitude
  • able in a physical role - all goods are manually handled and some heavy lifting may be required
  • experience in using Ebay / Amzon / Opencart selling platforms would be an advantage but not essential
  • efficient, organised & flexible
  • punctual - Someone who lives within a reasonable distance will be preferred
