Responsibility
- energise E-bikes is looking for an organised and energetic candidate to manage their Tunbridge Wells showroom
- this position would suit a candidate with some retail and/or managerial experience who is ready to take on a role with a high level of independence and decision-making
- you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of our prestigious electric bike showroom, and while you will liaise with colleagues at our Coulsdon branch, ultimately you will be responsible for the reputation and presentation of your store
- inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that stock is available
- product Knowledge: Studying the features of all products on offer, and keeping up-to-date with technology forthcoming to the market
- visual Merchandising: Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement
- test Models: Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition
- sales Training: Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies
