Requirements
- previous bicycle workshop experience is a must
- the applicant must be self motivated, organised and pride themselves on producing work to a high standard
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy workshop
- you must have a polite manner and an understanding of the importance of good customer service
- we work with a large number of E-bikes. Experience of working with Bosch and Shimano systems will be an advantage
- knowledge of MTB suspension set up and servicing
- good product knowledge and keeping up to date with new industry standards are a must
- qualification to Cytech levels 2 and 3 would be preferable, however, equal consideration will be given to a time served mechanic who can demonstrate quality and skill in the workshop
