  • previous customer sales/service experience
  • cycle maintenance: 2 years

Responsibility

  • bike diagnostics, maintenance and repairs
  • sales of service packages, parts and accessories
  • having a tip top product knowledge
  • ensuring our customers are always happy
  • assembly and pre-delivery inspection of new bikes
  • working with suspension and hydraulic systems
  • product demonstrations where necessary
  • helping to keep the shop and work areas spick and span
