Responsibility

  • we serve artisan coffee and as such are looking for individuals with relevant experience including latte art
  • the Front of House will be responsible a number of things to keep the business running and ultimately act as the deputy to the manager, Mili Saini
  • this includes greeting/assisting all customers, assisting customers in our plant shop, checking in cycling customers as they arrive and ensuring the class and members all move along on schedule, some light maintenance work, and various ad-hoc tasks when and as they become necessary
  • along the way the going will get tough and you’ll be responsible to find a way through while bravely wearing a smile
  • the Barista role is pretty simple: deliver high quality coffee and do it consistently with great customer service
  • the great thing with this job is you will be able to allocate your hours to both roles to help keep things diverse from day to day
  • it’s tough to do either of these roles solely for a long shift so having the ability to do both makes this an interesting opportunity
