Responsibility
determining and assessing Cycle Confidents training and employee development needs as well as ongoing Continuing Professional Development
agree and manage the training budget to ensure best return on investment on all training expenditure
monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
keeping up to date with current training methodologies, developments and best practices
manage and oversee the Cycle Confident Quality Assurance and Development Instructors in their roles delivering Internal Quality Assurance, mentoring, instructor training delivery and support to regional trainers
managing employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes
creating training materials and programmes to address specific business opportunities which align with industry guidelines/requirements
support in all aspects of recruitment, selection and onboarding of new Instructors
Requirements
hold a recognised training qualification such as the Award in Education and Training
3 years minimum working in the role of a Training Manager
experience of a growth mindset organisation
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
ability to deliver training to a high standard
A high level of organisational ability and IT literacy
excellent written and oral communication skills
