Requirements

  • to be able to work on all models of bike, from vintage to modern, including wheel building
  • in depth knowledge of all mechanical and electrical gears
  • in depth knowledge of all hydraulic brake systems
  • in depth knowledge of E bikes, particularly Specialized and preferably Shimano and Giant/ Yamaha
  • fault finding and diagnosis a must
  • custom bike builds from scratch including the ability to replicate a retul bike fit file
  • ability to work with the customer from booking in, to handover of custom build or service/repair
  • keep a clean tidy and organized work area
