Working hours

Responsibility

  • prepare and supply payroll data to external processor
  • due to the nature of this role strictest confidentiality is expected at all times
  • produce invoices for all customers using Excel, Sage and Warehouse Management System
  • we offer an excellent package with competitive salary for the right candidate, including flexible working hours across the week
  • processing of data to Sage, including sales & purchase ledgers, bank, accruals and prepayments
  • sage month end, bank reconciliation and VAT processing
  • proactively manage customer credit control

Requirements

  • familiar with ISO 9001 – 2015
  • minimum of 2-years recent Finance Administrator experience
  • credit Control experience
  • experience of Sage 50 package
  • A questioning nature
  • strong attention to detail
  • able to work to tight deadlines
