- we are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our sales team
- assist trade and retail customers via the telephone, online and at the counter
- as a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with new and existing customers in the trade and retail Sectors
- identify parts using Electronic Parts Catalogues
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in the automotive parts sector
- basic technical knowledge of service & parts
- previous customer service
- ability to work under pressure
- knowledge of computer stock management
