Responsibility
- you will also complete other administrative tasks, manage customer accounts and input data onto our bespoke online platform
- full on the job training is provided within the office environment therefore you must be able to commute daily
- you will provide first class customer service and deal with customer queries via email and telephone and support them with the completion of required regulatory documentation
- initially the role will be Monday to Friday 35 hours a week, based at our office in Walton le Dale. Then possibly a shift pattern Monday - Friday 35 hours per week

- you will need to be strong communicator, both written and verbal, with professional telephone manner and a can-do attitude. Your proactive approach, drive, resilience and focus on problem solving will be the key to your success
