Responsibility
you will also complete other administrative tasks, manage customer accounts and input data onto our bespoke online platform
full on the job training is provided within the office environment therefore you must be able to commute daily
you will provide first class customer service and deal with customer queries via email and telephone and support them with the completion of required regulatory documentation
initially the role will be Monday to Friday 35 hours a week, based at our office in Walton le Dale. Then possibly a shift pattern Monday - Friday 35 hours per week

you will need to be strong communicator, both written and verbal, with professional telephone manner and a can-do attitude. Your proactive approach, drive, resilience and focus on problem solving will be the key to your success
