Responsibility
- handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- host zoom calls with potential and current clients to build relationships and discuss sales opportunities
- identify and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns
- provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services
- close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
- follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional selling opportunities
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system
- continuously improve product and sales knowledge to better serve clients
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organisation skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment targeted environment
