  • the ability to weld and fabricate to a high standard and without supervision/tuition
  • previous experience such as gates, railings, fire escapes, repairs and structural steel
  • must have own set of basic tools and have a full driving license
  • candidates with additional skills such as dealing with customers, pricing and ordering materials, preparing risk assessments and understanding plans and drawings is highly desirable
