- sales Processing
- processing and invoicing sales orders from customers
- tracking & chasing customer payments in line with deposits, drop off and collection payment plans
- support the sales team with sending & chasing customer quotes
- create job cards for customer projects
- input data into our accounting system
- handle and allocate incoming customer enquiries and complaints ensuring they are dealt with within service levels
- manage the booking schedule, maintaining the flow of work through the workshop and keeping customers informed of progress of their projects
Requirements
- additional Desired Experience/ Quals
- some customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
- communication skills
- own transport as we are located in an industrial estate and public transport links are poor
- IT Skills
- interested in vans/cars etc in order to make good conversation with customers
- attention to detail
- organisation skills
