  • A proven track record in sales, ideally within Talent/Recruitment
  • the ability to spot an opportunity by reading between the lines and passing these opportunities to the Solution Sales team

Responsibility

  • maintain and develop relationships at both strategic and operational levels within client organisations while simultaneously expanding contacts
  • involvement in the management of recruitment projects won within client accounts
  • we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Recruitment on Demand business to establish, develop and expand relationships with new clients
  • maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • the focus of the role will be opening up new client accounts for our OnDemand Recruitment Service line with an emphasis on high-volume accounts
  • in addition to new client wins, you will have responsibility to ensure that services are delivered through operational teams while simultaneously looking for opportunities to increase both revenue and the breadth of services used within client accounts
  • building Recruitment On Demand relationships with new clients, while spotting opportunities to pass to our Solutions Sales team to expand service offerings with our HR and Outsourcing service lines
  • coordinating the delivery of services across the business to clients, ensuring this is joined up through a single point of contact where possible, in addition to acting as an escalation point across all client accounts
