Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the South Indian culinary industry
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavour profiles, and food presentation
- excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- proficient in supervising kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
