Responsibility
- curious Universe is recruiting for an experienced and creative Editorial Manager to lead our fantastic and talented Editorial team. This varied and exciting role will oversee and work on projects across Book, Art & Craft, Stationery and Toy
- the Editorial Manager will commission, oversee, review and direct editorial content produced by internal and freelance contributors, leading creative standards and editorial process and approvals over the product list
- this role is responsible for the management and development of the Editorial team and will work closely with the Director of Product and the Creative Director to plan and develop projects from a creative, schedule and budget perspective
- the Editorial Manager will use industry contacts and knowledge of best practice to direct the editorial team and to acquire and discover established and emerging talent to further the development of Curious Universe products
- keep Production up to date with schedule changes and flag up late file delivery
- monitor own and editorial teams project schedules ensuring they meet key dates
