- relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus

Responsibility
- create and execute menu items that reflect the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine while meeting customer preferences and dietary requirements
- collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations, timely food preparation, and an exceptional dining experience
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and minimize food wastage
