Responsibility
- communicating with customers regarding orders and ensuring specification of orders are understood
- processing Telephone orders and providing general web and email assistance to our online customers
- liaising with our delivery partners to resolve customer deliveries
- you will be responsible for Inbound enquires. This role has No canvassing or cold telesales obligations
- to provide professional customer service levels at all times, and ensure customer queries and problems are dealt with promptly as and when they arrive by email or phone
Requirements
- must have transportation to get to work
- proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- good organisational skills
- enthusiastic, motivated and driven
