Responsibility

  • position: HR Advisor
  • location: Altham
  • collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with the QHSE manager to align policies and processes, ensuring adherence to organizational Health and Safety Policies
  • recruitment Oversight: Manage the recruitment process, including candidate identification, pre-screening interviews, interview coordination, reference checks, right-to-work verification, employment contract issuance, and new starter inductions

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 is desirable but requires a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification or QBE with minimum of three years’ experience working as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing organisation
