Responsibility
- answering routine telephone calls and face to face enquiries
- letter writing to clients/external providers
- diary management including appointment making
- providing administrative support to the Financial Adviser and wider team
- preparation of Meeting files – New and Review
- client interaction and dealing with client enquiries – phone/email/letter/face to face
- building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- liaise with external providers and companies
Requirements
- previous experience of working in an admin/clerical/finance environment
- financial services
- finance or accounts experience would be beneficial, but not essential
- confident and polite phone manner, and ability to deal effectively with all queries
- good communication skills both written and oral
- manages time effectively with the ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload, prioritising tasks accordingly
- respects and maintains confidentiality at all times
- works well as an individual and also as part of a team
