  • BACKGROUND Culture& is currently a small team of 6
  • the successful candidate will work closely with our freelance bookkeeper/accountant, Development Director and CEO
  • we work alongside our associate artists and research consultants to deliver on our mission ‘to open up who makes and enjoys arts and heritage’
  • responsibilities To provide oversight of Culture&’s financial processes, including contributing to strategic financial planning, budget management and reporting on financial performance, to support effective decision making by senior leadership team and Board
