- preparing and serving beverages to a high-quality standard following instructions and standards set by the business
- driving the sale of specials and striving to achieve target sales for the business
- adhering to all Health & Safety/Food Hygiene requirements - Food Hygiene training provided
- ability to keep clear communication throughout service between front of house colleagues and management where necessary to achieve excellent service
- keeping a clean and tidy work environment, cleaning up spillages, glassware cleaning & polishing, wiping down surfaces etc
- delivering excellent Customer Service to all guests, warmly greeting and welcoming guests to be seated at the bar, ensuring they feel welcome and well cared for throughout their visit
- working together as a team with colleagues during busy service, delegating tasks between colleagues to achieve a higher level of efficiency
