Responsibility
- day-to-day site management of safety, improvement, business continuity and efficiency under the direction of the Managing Director
- to promote Crystal Clear Bristol Ltd in a positive way at all times
- survey team
- installation team
- service calls
- warehouse
- to wherever possible communicate clearly and precisely with the effective use of e-mail or other traceable means of correspondence
- all survey, installation work and other activities to be carried to meet customer expectations from a product quality, fitting quality and overall contract delivery perspective also with a thought that costs are controlled to a realistic minimum
Requirements
- fenestration industry knowledge and experience
- track record of successfully being involved in change and improvements
- A relevant Heath & safety qualification
- knowledge of HR processes a distinct advantage
- full driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
- experienced with warehouse, office and site working
- able to work as part of a team and on own initiative knowing when to escalate
