Responsibility
- ensure - Trade, Factory Shop, Internet & Public Workshop goods & orders are accurately checked prior to dispatch
- monitor product standards & feed-back concerns to the Operations Supervisor
- develop grading skills to support the Operations Supervisor during busy periods
- occasionally support the Factory Shop staff over breaks and during busy periods
- assist with the annual company stock take
- input orders and update stock records on the company IT systems accurately
- monitor goods going into & coming out of stock
- ensure that the dispatch office is clean and tidy
