Responsibility
- assembly and hand soldering of PCB’s with both through-hole and surface-mount components
- assembly of high density surface-mount PCB’s using a pick-and-place machine and reflow of PCB’s in oven
- assembly of high density surface-mount PCB’s using a manual pick-and-place machine and reflow of PCB’s in oven
- also assisting engineering staff with assembly of prototype PCB’s and equipment
- the ability to solder miniature multi-pin connector assemblies and fine superconducting wire assemblies would be advantageous
- this job role includes manufacturing many different products, we DO NOT operate a production line environment
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
- bachelor's
