- crucis Designs are looking for a Structural AutoCad Technician seeking a bright future at a young firm of structural engineers
- all our technicians work under direct supervision of our highly experienced directors and alongside our team of dedicated engineers
- successful candidates should have 0-2 years experience and must have a working knowledge of AutoCad software, the ideal candidate would also have a level 2/3 City & Guilds qualification in AutoCad
- crucis Designs works on a wide range of structural projects including domestic alterations, new build residential developments, straw-bale housing, oak frames, retaining walls, industrial units and civils work
- we are in a position to offer the successful candidate mentoring on the route to professional membership with the ICE or IStructE
- the successful candidate will have the ability to visualize buildings and structures and turn this into drawings to allow the quick and efficient construction of bridges, houses, offices and more
- the role will involve working closely with senior structural engineers to produce high quality drawings in both 2D and 3D, using a variety of software packages
