- to be responsible for ensuring the security of the building is maintained well
- respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving CV’s buildings
- compare costs for various services and goods relating to the building before recommending the best options to the Finance Officer/CEO
- oversee the cleaning of the main building, Bedford Hall, and Bedford Lounge
