Responsibility
- open and close the community hub according to the agreed schedule
- ensure all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and presentable between cleaner hours
- perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and furniture arrangement
- monitor and report any health and safety hazards or maintenance issues
- set up and arrange rooms for meetings, events, and activities
- assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment as required
- respond to visitors' inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- carry out routine inspections to identify any damages or irregularities
Requirements
- previous experience in a caretaker role is preferred
- knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and health and safety procedures
- strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- excellent time management skills
