Responsibility
- carry out all repairs on customer vehicles efficiently and to a high standard
- conduct diagnostic tests to identify faults and recommend repairs
- perform vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks as required
- provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues to customers in a clear and concise manner
- maintain a clean and organized workshop and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle repairs and servicing
- qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience needs to be proven
- own tools essential
- strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
- good communication skills and customer-focused approach
- knowledge of BMW vehicles and their systems is highly desirable
