Responsibility

  • responsible for the accurate maintenance of the Xero accounting system
  • ongoing bank reconciliation, journals, accruals and prepayment activities
  • credit Control, debtor reports & account reminders
  • timely creation & assistance with monthly management accounts including P&Ls & KPIs monthly reports
  • create proposed weekly payment runs for management to approve
  • liaison with external accountants regarding the annual statutory accounts
  • ensure Corporation Tax, PAYE and NI are paid on time
  • review accountancy firms HMRC and CIS returns
