Responsibility

  • handle transport queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • support the transport planner to produce an effective plan through a plan do review process
  • monitor Scan2Customer compliance and support the transport manager and driver lead to meet the goal of 100 scanning to customer
  • monitor Scan2Customer compliance and support the transport manager and driver lead meet the goal of 100 scanning to customer
  • ensure deliveries are processed in relevant third-party delivery portals
  • maintain the KPI dashboards
  • maintain failed delivery KPI’s and work with the Transport manager and Operations manager in finding improvement measures

Requirements

  • ability to sustain and develop team working and team-based problem solving
  • good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
  • able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives
  • excellent communication skills. Computer literate with good numerical skills
  • attention to detail
  • transport legal compliance understanding/experience
