Responsibility
- assign tasks to appropriate member of staff
- ensure all tasks are recorded in line with Company procedures ready for review and sign-off
- handling Monitoring Alerts
- assign actions to appropriate member of staff
- conducting Due Diligence and electronic Anti Money Laundering verification checks, for new and existing customers - This involves checking required documents have been obtained, correctly completed and loaded to the Crossbarfx System
- ensure all tasks are recorded in line with Company procedures
- taking information from these documents and inputting it to a verification system, reviewing the results and with the help of the other members of the Compliance Team, determine what, if any, follow up actions may be required
- complete monthly reconciliation checks to identify and turn off any duplicate monitoring
