Responsibility

  • the post holder will report to the Senior Leadership Team. Apart from other colleagues the main contacts of the job are the Headteacher, teaching staff, other support staff, pupils, parents, governors, ESFA, LA and outside agencies
  • attend Full Governing Body Meeting’s, appropriate Governors sub-committee meetings and Senior Leadership Team Meetings
  • to be responsible for devising effective marketing and promotion strategies for the academy, including organisation of events and open days
  • maintain confidential staff records including management of the Single Central Record and ensure that staff records held in the academy by others are kept confidential
