  • coordinating service and staff
  • delivering excellent customer service
  • managing staff and providing them with feedback
  • organising table reservations
  • handling customer enquiries and demonstrating positive problem -solving
  • maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and safety
  • opening / closing of the business including cash up's
