  • processing customers’ orders and resolving any issues or queries with regards to products or pricing
  • 2 years experience as Team Leader and above
  • upselling products where items may have been discontinued, making the customer aware of the new replacement product that’s now available
  • proven Customer Service skills and experience in a customer service environment
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • organise and manage returns for customers through our debit note procedure
